Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the case group: 1. Signature of informed consent; 2. Patients with a clinical suspicion of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy or diabetes; 3. Patients who are ready to perform MRI examination with lower limb; 4. Patients who have tested for serum indexes (CK, CRP, LDH, ALT, AST), muscle strength and ankle-brachial index (ABI). the normal control group: 1. Signature of informed consent; 2. Healthy volunteers; 3. Normals who have no history of smoking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia and do not use medications in the past one month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the case group: 1. Patients with a history of trauma or surgery in thigh; 2. Patients whose thigh suffer from any diseases, such as tumors, abscesses, etc; 3. Abnormal cardiac function; 4. Contraindication to MRI examination. the normal control group: 1. Gravida or infant; 2. Claustrophobia; 3. Normals implanted with any metal in the bod
