Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) diagnosed as Ph+ chronic myeloid leukemia CP phase; 2) aged =18 years; 3) no malignant tumor other than CML; 4) dose of imatinib (400mg/day), taking time =3 Months and daily time fixed, medications reached steady state; 5) good compliance for medication, complete relevant examination and the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient is detected as a BCR-ABL kinase mutation; 2) The patient has a malignant tumor other than CML.
