Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic heart failure undergoing elective surgery for valve replacement during cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Age > 18 years old male and female; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18~30 kg/m2; 4. ASA is graded II to IV; 5. Get informed consent from patients and/or their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of opioids addiction; 2. Patients with cardiomyopathy with unexplained causes; 3. Diabetes and obese patients; 4. Serious mental illness cannot be matched; 5. Patients with severe respiratory diseases and liver and kidney failure.
