Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing neurosurgery with general anaesthesia tracheal intubation; 2. aged 18-65 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. anesthesia time is 3-6 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>30; 2. abnormal coagulation function; 3. tube entry or five days of history of intubation; 4. lip trauma or mouth damage; 5. postoperative ICU treatment, unable to pull out of the patient; 6. transsphenoidal placement surgery.
