Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hip fracture scheduled to undergo hip replacement; 2. Patients with traumatic hip diseases such as Garden type IV femoral neck fracture; 3. Aged 65-85 years male and female; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-III; 5. Unilateral lesion; 6. Provision of written informed consent .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to ropivacaine; 2. Redness and swelling of the block site; 3. Abnormal blood coagulation; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Those who have no self-care ability or have language communication difficulties.
