Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as T2DM; 2. Femal patients were diagnosed as postmenopausal type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the last 3 months acute diabetic complications, such as diabetic hyperosmotic coma ,diabetic ketoacidosis, etc; 2. intentional cerebrovascular disease, liver function damage, infectious disease and history of malignant tumor; 3. with recent stress conditions, such as infection, surgery, trauma,etc or special physical conditions, such as pregnancy and lactation; 4. patients were treated by ACEI or ARB; 5. In the last 1 year history of fracture, or osteoporosis, parathyroid gland disease or other endocrine diseases; 6. Drugs that affect bone metabolism or plasma lipid, such as thiazolidinedione, vitamin K, warfarin, vitamin D, calcium supplement, bisphosphate, estrogen, etc.
