Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with inflammatory bowel disease diagnosed in the digestive department of Beijing children's hospital. Healthy children were also selected as the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rickets, diabetes, renal diseases, parathyroid diseases and vitamin D metabolic disorders; 2. Taking drugs such as hormones and phenobarbital that affect vitamin D absorption recently; 3. Have other intestinal diseases.
