Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma;DI\isease progression after chemotherapy or targeted theraphy has not yet begun; 2. Complete medical history and initial tumor samples; 3. Recurrence was defined as the clinical pathology or imaging evaluation of patients with recurrence; 4. Aged 18-80 years old; 5. According to the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG),the Performance Status(PS) score was 0-4; 6. The patient was fully informed and signed the informationed conset; 7. The patient had no previous tumor history before the initial diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient received blood transfusion within 2 weeks; 2. Patients suffer from autoimmune disease,including but not limited to systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatiod arthritis,Sjogren's syndrome; 3. The patient refused to participate in the clinical trial.
