Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initially diagnosed T2DM and treated in the endocrinology department of our hosiptal. 2. Aged 20-70 years, no diabetic hyperosmolar coma or diabetic ketoacidosis or other acute diabetic compliacations occurred in last 3 months. 3. Patients with T2DM were initially diagnosed, and no drugs such as angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) or angiotensin-receptor blockers(ARB).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with intentional cerebrovascular disease, liver function damage, infectious disease and history of malignant tumor; 2. with recent stress conditions, such as infection, surgery, trauma,etc or special physical conditions, such as pregnancy and lactation;
