Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. medical staff; 2. Voluntarily accept questionnaires and follow up followers on the basis of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) medical staff, other professional and social personnel; (2) Clinically diagnosed before the work (neck, lumbar disc herniation, wind-like, gout, ankylosing spondylitis and other rheumatic immune-like painful diseases, various neuropathic pain, Raynaud's disease, vasculitis, Congenital dysplasia of the musculoskeletal system, cancer, history of various surgeries, mental illness, and cognitive impairment in the elderly cannot truly express their willingness to cooperate with the investigator; (3) Neck, shoulder, waist, back, elbow, wrist, hip and hip, knees caused by other non-work reasons (such as pregnant women, long-term mobile phone, computer and other electronic equipment, accidental injury, etc.) Pain or discomfort such as foot and ankle, etc. do not meet the inclusion criteria.
