Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing mitral valve replacement and radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation and left atrial appendectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Left atrial thrombus, severe tricuspid regurgitation, severe ablation or stenosis in the aortic valve, and removal of patients with severe hypertension, severe coronary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, cardiomyopathy, and chronic pulmonary heart disease. Patients who recently took an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and an angiotensin II receptor blocker (within five drug half-lives) were not included in the study.
