18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 59 years; 2. the score of Short version of health anxiety inventory higher than 15; 3. Able to understand mandarin; 4. Able to complete questionnaire survey and clinical interview independently; 5. Junior high school or higher education degree; 6. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment; 2. Major physical diseases such as end-stage diseases; 3. Has taken psychiatric drugs or participated in psychotherapy within 12 months; 4. Have or have had mental illness, including but not limited to schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stress related disorders, substance related disorders; 5. The physician or researcher believes there are other conditions that should not be included in this study(need record).
