18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elective laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy; 2. agree to sign the informed consents; 3. presentation of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC,5-10cm) with contrast-enhanced ultrasound, CT, or/and MRI; 4. Child-pugh A; 5. tumors located in the right hemiliver, without the presentation of extrahepatic metastasis, or tumor thrombus in portal vein or other major vascular; 6. male or female patients aged 18-75years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy combined with other abdominal organ resection except for gallbladder(such as radiofrequency ablation, splenectomy, and left liver resection so on); 2. reconstruction of bile duct, portal vein or other major vascular were porformed in liver resection procedure; 3. repeated liver resection; 4. histories of major upper abdominal surgery.
