Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who meet the new classification criteria for Atlanta (2012 revision); 2. hospital admission within 72 hours of disease onset; 3. patients between the ages of 18 and 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) cardiovascular disease (greater than New York Heart Association class II heart failure, active myocardial ischemia or cardiovascular intervention within previous 60 days); (2) chronic kidney disease (uremia or hematodialysis); (3) pregnancy pancreatitis; (4) cancer; (5) diabetic ketoacidosis; (6) severe cerebral edema; (7) hepatosis.
