Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the department of intensive care unit of jiangmen xinhui people's hospital requiring invasive mechanical ventilation and sedation will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons under the age of 18; Pregnant and lactating women; Allergic to sedative or analgesic drugs; Those who have used antipsychotic drugs; Having alcohol abuse or abstinence; Serious hemodynamic instability; Severe acute respiratory distress syndrome; Malignant arrhythmia; Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; Cerebrovascular sequelae or cognitive dysfunction can not communicate.
