18 Years to 76 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Good adherence to patients and their families with informed consents; 2. ICU Inpatients with ages between 18-76 years; 3. Admitted within 48 hours after injury and be diagnosed as severe trauma; 4. APACHE II = 15 or ISS = 16 points, the expected survival time> 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any of the following: stenocardia, atrioventricular block, bronchial asthma, Peptic ulcerSevere encephalitisSevere vomiting or diarrhea, Advanced neurological disease; 2. using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI); 3. Current treatment with medications known to interact with agmatine; 4. patients with history of substance abuse.
