Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18 years old (women of childbearing age need to adopt adequate contraceptive methods and are willing to take contraception within one month after the end of the trial). Patients with primary hypertension (grade 2) who have not been treated with medication in our hospital (diagnosed in accordance with the 2018 revised edition of hypertension prevention and treatment guidelines 2018) can be followed up on time for 2 months without dementia or dementia. Speech communication and cognitive impairment, such as mental retardation, deafness and mutism, agree to use specimens for experimental study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetes or other diseases requiring medication, there was a history of major mental trauma in 3 months, a history of mental illness such as anxiety and depression, a family history of mental illness, alcoholism and drug dependence, people who had received other drug trials in the last month, and those who had taken other antihypertensive drugs in the last January.
