18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged=18 years and HVR surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant, critical perioperative state, recent neurologic event, preoperative or postoperative severe renal insufficiency (serum creatinine>150umol/L), dialysis, aortic dissection, intraaortic balloon counterpulsation, duration of intubation of more than 48 hours, patients who used LMWH for less than 2 days after surgery.
