18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age over 18 years old; (2) newly diagnosed or previously diagnosed T2DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM); (2) refusal to sign an informed consent; (3) ongoing treatment with anti-HP, steroids, immunosuppressants, antibiotics, bismuth compounds, H2 receptor blockers or proton pump inhibitors; (4) previous gastric surgery; (5) severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction and other endocrine diseases; (6) Pregnancy and lactation women.
