Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Children with asthma admitted to the respiratory department of Qilu Children's Hospital, the clinical diagnostic criteria refer to the 2016 edition of the Guide for Diagnosis and Prevention of Childhood Bronchial Asthma; (2) 3-14 year old children with asthma who are included in the Jinan and surrounding areas of Dezhou, Liaocheng, Jining, Heze, Zibo, Tai'an and Laiwu; (3) sudden onset of wheezing, cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, etc., or the original symptoms sharply aggravated; (4) There is no systemic use of antibiotics, antifungal drugs, hormones, etc. that affect the oral micro-ecological status within one month; (5) There is no oral topical medication within one month: hormones, antibiotics, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have suffered from severe cardiovascular system, digestive system, respiratory system, urinary system and other organ dysfunction or insufficiency during past or enrollment; (2) The recent application of adrenocortical hormone or immunomodulatory drugs for less than 3 months; (3) Combined with systemic infection at the time of enrollment; (4) can not tolerate atomization treatment; (5) Child patients who have used antibiotics within half a year.
