Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pleural-based pulmonary lesions identified by ultrasound or CT; (2) Lesions requiring a definite pathological diagnosis by biopsy or surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ultrasound contrast agent anaphylaxis; (2) Severe cardiovascular diseases; (3) Do not agree to sign informed consent; (4) Unwilling to participate in clinical research; (5) Do not receive follow-up.
