Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)at least complete hematologic remission 2)Age > 60 years old 3)No serious systemic organ dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe heart, kidney or liver insufficiency 2)Patients with other malignancies require treatment 3)Patients with brain dysfunction or severe mental illness do not understand or follow the protocol 4)Can't follow along
