Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 1 month and 18 years old; 2. check-in ICU time = 24H; 3. informed consent of the child's guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. children with delirium before entering the department; 2. continued to be in a coma or deep sedation after entering the department, the Richmond agitation sedation scale (RASS) <-3 points; 3. missed or unfinished delirium score; 4. hearing or visual impairment.
