Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 0-18 years; (2) Mechanical ventilation was planned under general anesthesia, and the duration of mechanical ventilation was more than 6 hours; (3) With parents' informed consent and with consent to the follow-up evaluation in accordance with the requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mechanical ventilation time is less than 6 hours; (2) Severe pulmonary infection existed before surgery; (3) Preoperative pulmonary diseases such as pneumothorax, pulmonary abscess, thoracic deformity, atelectasis and pulmonary arterial hypertension existed; (4) Difficulty in sample collection and incomplete sampling information; (5) The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
