Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged = 18 years old; 2. Stable moderate-to-severe psoriasis for 6 months; psoriatic lesions =10% of skin area; PASI =10 is the baseline for screening; traditional systemic drug treatment is not effective; no serious hypertension, diabetes History of acute attacks; 3. Voluntary and able to comply with research-related procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For patients taking antiplatelet such as (aspirin, warfarin, clopidogrel, etc.), careful hemostasis and compression dressing should be performed during surgery; 2. Concurrent major medical illnesses; 3. = secondary infection in the last 30 days.
