52 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) >18 years old; (2) <48 hours of ischemic stroke onset; (3) 4 = NIHSS; Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score <3; (4) Clinical symptoms of de?ned as stroke with an onset of severe headache, unconsciousness and focal neurological de?cits; (5) the IA located by CT angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe medical illness or infection; (2) severe sequelae of stroke; (3) a history of allergy to aspirin or an allergy to clopidogrel; (4) cerebral infarction with definite anticoagulation; (5) a history of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH); (6) took antiplatelet drugs or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (7) gastrointestinal bleeding within 3 months; (8) had planned revascularization within 3 months; (9) cerebral infarction due to iatrogenic causes; (10) pregnant or lactating women; (11) A history of cerebral stroke, and other major neurological illness that would obscure assessment of stroke, and only had IA or stroke symptoms.
