Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) all the patients were consistent with the standard of depression in DSM-IV; (2) Aged 18-75 years; (3) Hamilton Depression Scale (17 items): 7 points less than or equal to 24 or less were divided; (4) right-handed, emmetropia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients with other psychiatric disorders other than depression; (2) the patients with other systemic diseases and brain organic diseases caused by depression; (3) with a history of head disease, brain injury, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases; (4) with a history of severe cardiovascular system the respiratory system, immune system and systemic disease history; (5) with a history of alcohol, morphine or drug abuse; (6) patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) to cooperate with the completion of the relevant neuropsychological tests; (8) the period and lactation of pregnant women, are not involved in the study.
