Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The surgery performed between July 1st 2004 and December 31th 2010; Aged between 16 and 65 years old; Male or female; ACL reconstruction using the Ligament Advanced Reinforcement System (LARSTM); Combined injuries treated; Agreement to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision; Multi-ligament injuries (medial collateral ligament conservatively treated were excluded); Previous operation on the ipsilateral knee; Injury history of contralateral knee; Severe cartilage lesion (Outerbridge = grade III); Pre-surgery knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren&Lawrence = III); Pregnancy
