Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of low prognosis infertility of ovary in western medicine; 2. Meet the syndrome differentiation standards of kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic diseases such as ovarian tumor, endometrial tuberculosis, uterine cavity adhesion or endometrial injury after abortion, congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia and Cushing's syndrome; 2. Have serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, blood system diseases or malignant tumors; 3. Subjects participating in or participating in other clinical trials within one month; 4. Subjects who had been treated with estrogen or estrogen-containing drugs 3 months before enrollment; Mentally ill; 6. Those who are known to be allergic to such drugs and those with allergic constitution.
