Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From December 2018 to June 2019, 60 patients underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who received the chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy within two weeks before operation; (2) patients with severe diseases in endocrine or immune system; (3) patients who taking cortisol or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors before operation.(4)patients with severe infection, or diseases in respiratory system; (4) patients with severe arrhythmia.
