Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Occupationally-active surgeon residents employed in our hospitals, who are willing to participate in this training program and assessment procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgeon residents who have participated in psychological training program or similar curriculum before and completed less than 80% of the program were excluded.
