Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2018.11.01~2020.12.30, pregnant women with heart disease who are going to undergo cesarean section under spinal combined epidural anesthesia are to undergo cesarean section; Aged 18 or above, ASA level II to IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lumbar spine surgery or trauma; 2. Lumbar spine deformity; 3. Ankylosing spondylitis; 4. Severe respiratory diseases; 5. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 6. Unable to cooperate or having difficulty in communicating due to language barrier; 7. Patients who cannot be followed up; 8. Multiple pregnancies; 9. Patients and their families declined to participate in the study; 10. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 11. Visual or hearing impairment; 12. History of alcoholism; 13. Serious coagulation dysfunction, systemic sepsis or local infection and damage of lumbar spine were observed before operation; 14. History of narcotic drug allergy.
