Age
40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases within 72 hours of onset; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have ocular diseaseshistory of wearing contact lenses and LASIK surgery; 2. Having used any eyedrops 3 hours before collection of tears; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Abnormal liver and/or kidney function; 5. Tumor.
