Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia; (2) Aged one month to 18 years old; (3) Patients receive chemotherapy with CCLG-ALL2008 or CCCG-ALL-2015 regimen; (4) Patients with complete blood and liver and kidney function test results before and after taking 6-MP; (5) Patients have completed 6 cycles of maintenance treatment; (6) Patients with complete information related to this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with incomplete clinical and pathological data that cannot be statistically analyzed; (2) Patients without access to blood samples for genetic analysis; (3) Any condition that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in the clinical study.
