Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with primary Sjogren's syndrome according to the revised 2002 international classification criteria by the Department of Oral Medicine of Peking University School and Hospital of Stomatology; 2. Beijing residents; 3. have no allergy history; 4. All subjects were informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have xerostomia symptoms but not fulfilling the criteria; 2. have diabetes mellitus; 3. have other autoimmune diseases; 4. have received radiotherapy; 5. have taken drugs with side effects of dry mouth for 3 months; 6. have oral mucosal lesion during sampling; 7. have fluoride exposure in 3 months.
