Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in accordance with the 2016 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases and consensus; 2. The vital signs are stable; 3. younger than 75 years old; 4. The range of motion of the joints was not significantly limited; 5. Heart and lung function is sound and capable of completing training; 6. Good cognitive function, MMSE (> 24), can understand and actively participate in training programs; 7. Agree and sign this informed consent for clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complication with other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases (e.g. Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, severe joint contracture, osteoporosis, fracture, etc.); 2. Complication of cardiac and circulatory diseases (such as heart failure, unstable angina pectoris, poorly controlled hypertension, etc.); 3. Weight > 120 kg; 4. Past psychiatric history, severe anxiety and depression, uncooperative or aggressive behavior; 5. Researchers judged that patients had poor compliance and could not complete the study as required.
