Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 or more; (2) Speed score 6 points or more; (3) eyelid margin obtuse or hypertrophy or new blood vessels; (4) meibomian gland orifices obstruction, uplift or lipid suppository form; (5) meibum quality score of a single eyelid eyelid is from 5 to10 points; (6) SchimerI test > 5 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) eye infection, surgery or trauma in the past a half year; (2) the eyelid closure insufficiency, entropion or ectropion, etc; (3) the eye there Fitzpatrick skin category 5-6 classes; (4) treatment before 4 weeks with a tan or tanning, tender skin treatment or have been too sensitive or allergic symptoms; (5) pre treatment area is skin cancer or pigmentary lesions; (6) In the past month have dry eye physical therapy or point with anti-inflammatory drugs; (7) systemic immune related diseases, such as sjogren's syndrome, Stevens Johnson syndrome, rheumatism, etc.; (8) nerve lesions, such as trigeminal nerve tumors, surgery or trauma, virus damage, etc.; (9) patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism and thyroid function hyperfunction, etc.
