Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) meet the Rome IV Diagnostic Criteria for FC which was designed in 2016. 2) are right-hand and aged 18 to 35 years; 3) provide written informed consent; 4) are less than 3 CSBMs per week; 5) are evaluated by CCS and the scores are more than 10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) are pregnant, or intend to pregnant in 3 months, or be lactating; 2) are not physically fit for exercise; 3) have a history of head trauma and loss of consciousness; 4) have diabetes or serious cardiovascular, neurological, psychiatric, renal, or respiratory disease; 5) have moderate or above symptoms of depression and anxiety; 6) cannot maintain silence in a lying position for twenty minutes; 7) have any contraindications to fMRI scanning including the presence of metal stent, metal denture, or claustrophobia 8) have participated in other exercises that may improve constipation symptoms (including meditation and yoga) over 30 minutes per week in the last 3 months; 9) have taken gastrointestinal dynamic medicine, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and steroids during the last 15 days; or have taken traditional treatments (including surgery, diet modification, biofeedback or probiotics) in the previous 1 month. 10) have participated in any other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
