60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgical group inclusion criteria: 1. aged=60 years, ASA I -IV, time of operation=2h, patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia 2. Patient can assisting evaluating cognitive function; 3. Among mmediate family members and spousesand ,more than two family members complete SAS and SDS; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. No Surgical group inclusion criteria: The elderly matched the age of the operation group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient or family member's refusal and attitude unknown; 2. There is a central nervous system disease (such as AD,amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, mental disease,epilepsy,Parkinsons,intracranial tumours); 3. Drug abuse(such as sedative and/or antidepressant; 4. Severe hearing or visual impairment, end-stage disease can not communicate; 5. The attending physician or researcher believes there are other conditions that should not be included in this study(need record).
