Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy of the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995, and were diagnosed as cerebral apoplexy by head CT or MRI; 2. aged between 18-65 years old, ability to comprehend and follow the therapists instructions; 3. acute or sub-acute stroke patients (cerebral infarction) with upper limb hemipraresis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with a previous known history of epilepsy or brain implants; (2) patients with an unabsorbed hematoma following cerebral hemorrhage; (3) patients with electronic and/or magnetic implants (e.g. cardiac pacemaker, cerebral shunts, and cochlear implant).
