Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) children diagnosed with Cows milk protein allergy in our hospital (prospective group); (2) the patients who were diagnosed Cows milk protein allergy from January 1, 2017 to July, 2018 in our hospital outpatient department (review group); (3) aged from 1 month to 3 years old; (4) Diagnostic Criteria for CMPA: clinical symptoms of suspected Cows milk protein allergy, milk protein avoidance test and standardized open milk protein stimulation test positive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) infants with serious diseases of vital organs such as heart, lung and brain; (2) children with congenital diseases such as genetic metabolic diseases and chromosomal abnormalities; (3) those who have received major surgery; (4) patients with the contraindication of open milk protein stimulation test: the skin puncture test was strongly positive; SIgE was greater than 95% positive predictive value;Severe eczema;Congenital skin diseases; Deformity; Severe allergic reaction: anaphylactic shock; (5) the researchers considered that the infant's health status or family status was inappropriate to participate in the study.
