5 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 5 to 55 years male and female; 2) HDM allergic rhinitis and allergic dermatitis patient with/without asthma; 3) Positive SPT test result to HDM, SI index of the wheal =1 (+++class); 4) No ADR to SPT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systemic ADR history to SPT; 2) Severe anaphylactic reaction history to SPT; 3) Strong nonspecific reaction to SPT; 4) PEF=70% of the predicted value; 5) Asthma attack during screen phase; 6) In active infectious diseases; 7) AIT within last 5 years with HDM exact; 8) Basic diseases diagnosis, includeing heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood; 9) using ß-blocker; 10) Immunodeficiency or under immunosuppressive therapy treatment; 11) Allergy or intolerance to first-aid drugs 12) Incapable of cooperation or can't complete the study;

Medication use and symptom scores VAS, RQLQ, AQLQ, and relevant dermatitis scores (SCORAD, EASI, UAS and DLQI);Der p and histamine control were prick tested at the concentration of 10, 3.3, 1 and 0.3 HEP, and 10 HEP Der f and negative control were prick tested;Serum total IgE, Der p specific IgE and IgG4;
