Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The newly diagnosed elderly patients with AML confirmed by bone marrow morphology and immunology, including those with denove MDS and MDS/MPN subtypes, were evaluated by the above criteria and the initial diagnosis progressed to AML; 2. Aged at least 60 years; 3. Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. APL patients; 2. Leukemia Immunology Integral System (EGIL, 1998). AML with lymphatic antigen expression (Ly + AML, but lymphatic score < 2); 3. Recurrent and retreated patients, but excluding precursor MDS, MDS/MPN treatment history; 4. Exclusion of AML extramedullary infiltration and myelosarcoma; 5. Allergies or obvious taboos to any drug involved in the program; 6. Failure to understand or comply with research programs; 7. History of intolerance or allergy to similar drugs; 8. Any other obstacles to research.
