Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as colorectal cancer, stage I-I I I Ia; 2) Surgical patients; 3) PS score 0-2; 4) Male and female aged 18-70 years old; 5) Good program compliance, consent and sign the informed consent of the subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with history of hematological reaction and delayed syncope; or history of other malignant tumors; 2) Anemia or other reasons are not suitable for patients with blood collection of more than 10 ml; 3) Persons with physical or mental illness, without or limited capacity for civil conduct; 4) Patients with bacterial, viral and fungal infections can be enrolled after infection control; 5) Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 6) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants; 7) Subjects met the criteria for admission, but due to sample quality or other reasons, sample pretreatment failed, repeated blood collection failed or subjects were no longer suitable for re-collection.
