50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-85years; 2. ASA I-III 3. body mass index (BMI)<28kg/m2; 4. patients who are scheduled for total hip arthroplasty; 5. Be able to understand and volunteer for this test; 5. Voluntarily participated in and signed a letter of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular system, respiratory system, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness; Long-term analgesic drug therapy; Anaphylaxis to anaesthetic; Puncture site infection; Patients with abnormal coagulation function; Patients with peripheral nervous system diseases; Aspirin asthma; Active gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding
