14 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The definite diagnosis of acute pancreatitis; 2. One of the following three items was satisfied: dilatation of bile duct (=1 cm); elevation of ALT and ALP; definite obstruction of bile duct stones or mud; 3. aged 14~80 years; 4. volunteered to participate in the test and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute pancreatitis during pregnancy, iodine contrast agent allergy, because of complicated with other disease who need surgical treatment, with other influence of hepatobiliary system diseases such as pancreatic or bilary cancer, severe heart or lung disease, patients with mental disorders.
