Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over the age of 18; patients who are able to understand the instructions or fill out the questionnaire; use the clinical guidelines related to the International Function, Disability and Health Classification of the American Physical Therapy Association to diagnose heel pain; experience more than a month of pain; The first step of the week has heel pain, visual analog scale of at least 4 points; participate in the physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic of East China Hospital for preliminary assessment, and was randomly assigned to a study group; accepted before the initial assessment and during the study period (final 4 weeks after treatment) discontinuation of analgesics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and oral/topical acetaminophen for at least 14 days; no support for walking 50 m; MTP for initial physical examination of plantar and calf muscles; Raynaud's disease. The x line excludes the fracture.
Exclusion criteria
