18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years old male and female; 2. Patients with stage IV lung cancer diagnosed by histopathology; 3. Eastern Tumor Collaborative Group Physical Status Score (ECOG PS) 0-1 points; 4. The patient is conscious, has no cognitive dysfunction, and has no mental disorder; 5. No obvious liver and kidney dysfunction and metabolic disorders. Peripheral blood and liver and kidney function are within the following allowable range (tested within 7 days before the official start of the group): (1) WBC=3.0×109/L or ANC=1.5×109/L; (2) HGB=80g/L; (3) PLT=100×109/L; (4) Liver transaminase (AST and ALT) <3.0×ULN; (5) TBIL<1.5×ULN; (6) CREAT<1.5×ULN; 6. No immune system, acute infectious, endocrine and metabolic diseases; 7. Patients of childbearing age (including female partners of female and male patients) must take effective birth control measures; 8. There is no obvious abnormality in the electrocardiogram; 9. No enteral nutrition preparation or immune enhancer was applied within 2 weeks before enrollment; 10. Compliance is good and informed consent is signed. Those who meet all of the criteria above are included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with tumors of other pathological types other than lung cancer; 2) Patients with other tumors at the time of initial diagnosis; 3) Patients with other chronic wasting diseases; 4) Patients with a history of severe allergies or allergies; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Patients with acute infections which are difficult to control; 7) Patients with drug addiction, substance abuse, long-term alcohol abuse and AIDS; Those who meet any of the criteria above are not included in the study.
