Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the western medicine diagnostic criteria of AECOPD, the classification is level II, and TCM syndrome is the phlegm heat accumulates lung syndrome; 2. The character of the phlegm is purulent, accompanied with fever(axillary temperature is 37.3 degree C or higher), or CRP>20mg/L, or PCT>0.1 ng/ml; 3. Aged 40 to 75 years old; 4. The patient did not participate in any other clinical study for 1 month before this; 5. The patient volunteer to receive the treatment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who have pneumonia or severe bronchiectasis is confirmed by the imaging examination; 2. Patient who have other infectious diseases, active tuberculosis, severe hypohepatia or renal insufficiency, immunopathy or cancer; 3. Patient who is allergic or can not tolerate to any drug ingredient in this program.
