Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) admitted to Department of Neurosurgery ICU, aged 18 to 90 years old; (2) feeding through nasogastric tube can tolerate the infusion speed of 40Kcal/h nutrient solution; (3) Sedative and analgesic needs, and daily wake-up: patients with RASS score greater than 1, self-expression, NRS score greater than or equal to 4, patients with no communication, BPS score greater than or equal to 5 or CPOT score greater than or equal to 3, or delirium evaluation CAM-ICU positive, sympathetic excitement seizures, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. we need hibernation mixture and continuous sedation; 2. Operations to change the pyloroduodenal anatomy were performed on the esophagus, stomach and pancreas (e.g. Whipple operation); 3. Satisfactory gastric antrum ultrasound images can not be obtained due to upper abdominal wound, obesity or abdominal distention; 4. pregnant women; 5. Prone position ventilation needs.
